Please join Challenge Alaska in February for our annual gala and charity auction! As you know, Challenge Alaska is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with disabilities, their families, and the community through adaptive sports, therapeutic recreation, and education. This year, we’re excited to welcome over 650 guests to our event!
Get ready for a night of adventure as we step back into the spirit of the frontier with our Wild West theme. While celebrating this era, we’re mindful of respecting the diverse cultures and communities, including Alaska’s Indigenous peoples, whose histories are deeply connected to this land. Guests will enjoy a fantastic dinner, a cash bar, and thrilling silent and live auctions. Doors open at 5:30 pm, with dinner and the live auction beginning at 7:00 pm.
We invite you to embrace the frontier spirit with your best western-inspired attire. Dust off your boots, grab your hat, and join us for a night of spirited celebration, all in support of Challenge Alaska’s mission to empower individuals living with disabilities. This will be a night of good ol' fashioned fun, with none of the disrespect! Make a night of it by snagging a discounted room at The Hotel Captain Cook!
